A new menu is a lot of time spent communicating, building and living dreams, research, which is reflected in the result of a daily combat. In order to always offer the best.
Time counts for everyone, that's why I offer dishes made from fresh produce, sown, harvested, "pampered", hours, days, months ... in respect of nature.
But time must stop to taste, smell, apprehend and see what nature gives us. That's why I'm doing this job, and to share with you our passion whose motto is "the pleasure of the eyes must precede the pleasure of taste".
